Licensing Information

All owners, trainers and jockeys of horses racing at Hazel Park Raceway must be licensed by the Michigan Gaming Control Board. Grooms need only be licensed by the Michigan Gaming Control Board. While in the paddock and other restricted areas, you must display a current Michigan Gaming Control Board racing license on your outer clothing at all times. This rule will be strictly enforced and first time violators will be given a warning. Second time violators will be fined.
