PLAYER'S CLUB RULES

1. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
2. Personal valid identification indicating name, signature and address are required for transactions. Winner's Circle Player's Club cards are not a valid form of identification.
3. All transactions and redemptions must be made in person at Hazel Park Harness Raceway.
4. Hazel Park will not be held responsible for lost or stolen cards or vouchers.
5. Hazel Park reserves the right to refuse to honor Winner's Circle Player's Club vouchers if it is determined that they are reproductions, have been altered or changed in any way or have been transferred from one person to another.
6. Hazel Park reserves the right to revoke or deny participation in the program if it is determined that the indivicual has not complied with the intention of this program.
7. Hazel Park cannot be held responsible for points not being credited due to a mechanical, Tote or computer failure. Nor can Hazel Park be held responsible for human error or an act of God.
8. Hazel Park reserves the right to purge all banked points for purposes of inventory. Purge dates shall be announced and posted no less than seven days prior to purging.
9. Hazel Park reserves the right to change, substitute or terminate all or part of any offers in the Winner's Circle Player's Club.
10. Employees of Hazel Park, its concessionaire, any individual or affiliate involved with any promotion or persons prhoibited from gambling by the Michigan Office of the Racing Commission are not eligible to participate in the Winner's Circle Player's Club.
11. Hazel Park reserves the right to inactivate your account if it is inactive for a period of twelve consecutive months.
