Hazel Park's Winner's Circle Player's Club Guest Services Desk is located in the Lobby of the Clubhouse. The attendant is available from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. If you need assistance with the of the Winner's Circle Player's Club kiosk during these hours, please see the attendant.
If you have a problem with a scanner at a Mutuel Window or SAM (Self-Service Betting Machine), please contact the Mutuel Manager's Office (located on the Third Floor of the Clubhouse).If you need assistance with the kiosk when the Winner's Circle Player's Club Guest Services Desk is closed, please contact the Mutuel Manager.
